hmm jerks ! my fave topic. some jerks arent that bad. & tbh i think us quiet people put ourselves in the position of being the agony aunt & or just the friend. i say do something about it.

That's a really refreshing view. I do try to do something but I can never make that leap from friends to anything more...I'm afraid of being rejected!
I really enjoy photography, have always been a bit of a 'happy snapper', lol! 
I always take LOADS of photos when I go anywhere, but I have sold some of my New York ones and some concert photos in the past.

hmm you really do remind me off me, lol! i can actually make the first move, interms of trying to befriend someone, if i see they seem to be the quiet type, sure why not.
interms of approaching people like if you liek them, i guess im quite lucky in that respect cuz most people see it as the guy who has to make the first move.

And yay that someone else loves Frasier like me - I met David Hyde Pierce (Niles) and John Mahoney (Martin) in New York last September and it was awesome!

I can befriend people no worries...it's just making the leap from friends to 'something more'...yeah I'm traditional in the fact that the guy has to make the first move. It just sucks sometimes that I'm the guy!!

I should say I have only 'sold' photos to friends and on Ebay, not professionally. I just enjoy snapping away, have never been dedicated enough to learn about shutter speeds etc. I have been meaning to upload some of my faves to Facebook though. Will get round to it one day!

HOLY-MOLY Spud! Are you serious? Another DHP fan?!? I *adore* the guy, he's such a brilliant actor and an all-round lovely human-being to boot. I actually first met him after I saw Spamalot in NYC in 2005 (and as a huge fan of his work in Frasier it was the most star-struck I have ever been with any actor)!
Seeing him on stage was amazing enough, meeting him afterwards was mind-boggling.
