Not sure if this has been mentioned but according to somebody who met Sean in Portsmouth the other day SD were asked to do that album of Disney covers but had to turn it down due to their Syco contract presumably.

Not heard / read anything myself but id assume like you, that they would be unable to do so as they are still signed to Syco at the moment.
