Claudia said they had trained the most hours out of the ones left.

Darren and Emma said last week they were going to give it their all and train really hard. I`m sure I heard they`d trained twice as many hours as the week before, which makes 24hrs in total. Whereas Karen and Mark trained for 33 hrs last week.

I thought they said they'd trained 3 times as much which would be an incredible 36 hours!

Oh sure I heard twice as much, maybe they`ll confirm tonight on ITT?

The thing that made me laugh when they were showing Darren's showdance was when he claimed Lilia had said she wouldn't trust Darren Bennett to lift her like that because he was a bit smaller... when both of the lifts they did are ones Darren B and Lilia have performed on Strictly more than once! Unless she actually meant she wouldn't trust an amateur who was Darren B's size...

I definitely liked Camilla's choice though. Lilia's choreography for the showdance was spot on to capture the mood (and the votes) on the night.

I thought he meant the drop was what she wouldn't let Darren Bennett do.

Yeah they have done those lifts so I'm guessing Goughy got a bit confused when he said that

And I found it funny when Len commented on how you wouldn't expect Darren to be able to lift Emma like that cos he's kinda small but I think he's probably done some of the best lifts shown on scd

I'm not really a D&E fan, but that last spinny lift was amazing, Emma really impressed me handling it so well, if he'd done it with me I'd have just staggered off, fallen to the floor and possibly been sick over several audience members. Which would be a memorable end to the dance, but probably not what they were aiming for

What is it with the producer of this programme?

The training footage of Lousia was cut to show her a lazy and not wanting to put in the effort.

It's painfully obvious that a large percentage of the viewers know nothing about dance and are easily influenced.
I thought it very unfair and unnecessary and one wonders why it was done.

It's the quality of the practice that is important, not the repetitiveness of it.

For some people yes, but others learn by repeating. It just depends on what is right for that couple.

Just what (apart from the CIN single launch) is keeping Emma from training? Louisa has been in Eastenders, Carol has a family and other commitments AND travels down from Scotland. Matt has Q of Sport, so she really isn't on her own with her "commitments.
Notice the normal trend of Emma supporter in disguise again on the sofa - this time Mark Frith!

Hadn't Louisa left EE by the time it started?

Anyway, it's true. Everyone has other commitments.

To be fair to Emma, she pretty much said what everyone on this board thinks- everyone has other commitments, so why should she make excuses when her dances are bad?

I'm SO happy that Aled is on tomorrow!

True! Louisa had left EE when SCD started. EE is always around 6 weeks ahead in filming.

Great to see a little bit of JJ in tonights ITT. Everyone is probably going to shoot me (LOL)for saying that I'm liking him more and more , everytime I see him.

Eee Aleeed! I cannot wait for tomorrow, just wish Matt and Lilia were on as well cos then my life would be made

And, call me a loser or whatever, but seriously I am still bitter about him missing that final

Training is looking good so far, Matt's rumba could be a bit ermm, as could Louisa's cha cha but I thought that the little training we saw looked reasonably strong.

Was Mark Frith being ironic about Mark as the man who doesn't smile? This after the previous night's ITT feature on the smile as the 'secret weapon'.

Mark Firth looks bored by the whole thing!
