Dreadful attitude from Matt...he doesn't seem to appreciate being voted back in.

And Flavia seems to be being so patient with him.

Why worried? They wouldn't have been playing around like that if they thought they couldn't handle the choreography. When they were having problems they were far more serious.

Matt's attitide is ruining his chances. he was having fun in the first few weeks in training, and the result was good dancing. and in the last 2 weeks hes been so negative and flustrated. i dont know if its the two dances hes having trouble with or that since the rumours of flavia and him got intense, its made it awkward for him to get close to her or if gethin doing well has thrown him, but his attitude is the wrong attitude to have when learning routines. hopefully he'll go out this week, hes no fun anyway.

Not ugly Kelly. It was Kelly and her husband , Can't remember his name , they helped all the couples last year .They are AT experts and have , I believe , worked for a long time with Vincent and Flavia .

I assume only Flavia won't need help , and she will get that from Vincent . V and F were very helpful to Mark and Karen last year .

Blimey, I always remembered Peggy Spencer as fraightfully posh - maybe it's the teeth, but she sounds so different. (Lovely clip of Ian Waite in his New Romantic phase!)

Lovely to see Matt and Alesha enjoying themselves so much again. They don't look as stressed as they have done in the past couple of weeks.

Matt needs to be a bit more positive. He reminds me a lot of the kids I teach who get frustrated and then get it into their heads that they can't do something which consequently stops them doing it when they're often capable.

i agree. its the wrong frame of mind to have, when you have fun and focus and are positive, you take things in, you get over you're mistakes quicker because you are in a more positive frame of mind, and have an attitude of 'i want to nail that, rather than i just cant do it!!!!!!'

i know its not the same, but when i first was learning to drive, i used to get flustrated when i did anything wrong, and be negative, and the more i got upset and mad, the more id panic and make more mistakes and take nothing in.
now im learning again, and im positive, and i have fun, but i listen, and focus, and everything is so much more easier and fun and less stressful. his attitude is really bad, hes got virtual no self belief in himself at the moment and when you tell yourself you cant do something, often you cant.
