I agree, MCC. Silly people. Think it's in the interests of getting people voting and getting more viewers rather than in the interests of the competitors

Hope both of them do amazingly and shut everyone up!!

I just find it naff. It tries to be so slick and I think Schofield always falls on his ass in his oh so professional way. It has little lightness of touch and takes itself far too seriously.

Give me Bruce and our judges any day

Are you really? Can I adopt you? (I promise I'll have the MC in a cupboard!)

I'm actually more worried about Alesha and Matthew forgetting their steps than Matt. He had one cr@p week, people need to let it lie!

I was glad the girls shut Mark Frith up as he was talking out of his backside. Why was he there, anyway?

Mel Sykes must be a HUGE fan - I think she's been in the audience every week!

Drat - I've so nearly posted that about 3 times already today but I always caught it before...

(Wish I was )

(MC in a cupboard - anyone else reckon Alesha looked like she thought it was a great idea?)

I know, you'd think it was every week.

Why was Frith there? Good question, who knows...

*wonders where Mel keeps the tickets and how easy would it be to steal them...*

Loved the show tonight, but am I the only one to think that's Len's 'wild woman of wongo' comment was badly judged, to put it mildly??!!

The thing with Len is that I find he always used to critiscise the footage of Kelly & Brendan's training, but would always give them praise on a Saturday night. I think it was just one of those moments.

Fair enough in the quater final he didnt dance well but im sure it'll be a lot different in the final. I think people should just give him some slack.
i really hope Matt nails ALL his dances tomorrow night just so everyone stops going on about it.”

Craig did finish, though, by saying he thought Matt was Alesha's equal. Claudia didn't say reeaaallly - the way she did to Phillip Jackson though - she just moved on quickly.

Perhaps Craig is just a bit of a coward? He didn't give that ten to Matt in a wavering sort of way - he did it with great enthusiasm you remember. So perhaps now he's reading all the negative press and wants to cover himself in case Matt does make a mistake. He'll be able to say, I know, I said I was worried about it.

He should have the courage of his convictions. He thought the walz was worth ten at the time (and so did I) and he should stick to it.

Who did he say that about??! Sounds like a very Len-esque comment though.

...”

He said he'd noticed a swagger in the last few weeks, though not that it was at one particular point. I didn't think she'd changed in that way, however. (Did Alesha break down, btw? I vaguely remember something on one ITT where she seemed upset, but don't remember anything quite like breaking down. When was it?)

I was at what he said, since it seems to out of place in what ought to be a feel-good pre-final show, but the others seemed to accept his point that Alesha was always going to be in the final if the judges had a say.

A "swagger" implies there is some arrogance and I've never seen this with Alesha.

Just goes to show the guy doesn't know what he is talking about. I remember last year he said Mark never smiles. This was the day after they had a piece on Mark's secret weapon - his smile.

I couldn't tell you the date, but a clip of her crying and having to leave the studio, then escaping into the loos from the camera was shown on ITT. That was the week they changed to two dances I think (ie also the week Kelly left). And the show following Kelly leaving was the one where Alesha was the most off the boil she's been all series, probably, followed by the week where she and Matt ended up bottom two. Two less swaggery weeks I find hard to imagine... oh well.

Strange that, I remember the last time he was on ITT he didn't think ALesha would make the final at all.

its certainly not the first time he has said it tho!! he said it about Camilla when he was watching a training clip of their salsa

its just one of his expressive sentances he uses and i am sure he didnt mean anything by it at all

Did he say that, or that he thought she wouldn't win or wouldn't be in the final two? I'd have to see a clip to be sure.
