An excellent show 22/11/08

All in all, this could have been a very dificult show. So well handled by Bruce and Tess and everyone infact.

I know there will be people slagging off JS and the judges and i believe that he should have stayed (Cruses allowed of course), but lets remember its entertainment.

A very entertaining show

Yes - it was great to see some fantastic dancing - with all the hoo-ha I'd forgotten what great dancers we had left in.

I wonder what will happen?

I agree - it was all conducted very well indeed given the controversy earlier in the week.

I also thought John and Kristina danced beautifully and both their speeches were thoughtful and moving.

I do hope Kristina returns next year. She has been amazing.

I enjoyed it too. It was a nice mix of humour, entertainment, controversy, with a tinge of sadness and a hint of the absurd. A proper Saturday night event. Good stuff.

And 10/10 for Bruce who presented tonight's with the flu at 80 and gave his all. A pro.

Great show (with the exception of Len having a go at Craig unnecessarily) - it had a nice vibe and I'm so relieved because I'd been dreading it.

I agree about Len

But yeah great show I'd been a bit worreid and slightly dreading it to until Friday's ITT which thankfully reminded me what "Strictly as usual" felt like.....and Saturday's night show didn't dissappoint. Great stuff.

Exactly right!

It just makes it even more tragic that we're going to be lumbered with a 2 person final AGAIN! (Really no need for this to happen again contingency plans should have been in place...... I'm still hoping against hope that the beeb will have a "free" week ......There's no reason why votes+ points couldn't be accumalted over a couple of weeks. The only sticky point might be the one scheduled result show without a result.....but surely they could fill in the Sunday show with something silly or fun for just one week...)

I think Brucie needs to have words with his joke writer. Some of those were dire.

I thought the judges should have stood along with the audience at the end of John & Kristina's dance - even just for Kristina's benefit if not for John's.
