Help with a couple of food questions
Can anyone help with these two please
1. Germans make this during Christmas and often save it to eat during Easter? 2. What is a French dessert that is a cone shape stack of cream puffs covered with a cage of spun sugar? |

2 is made of profiteroles but is called something like croque en bouche.
1 I think is Stollen |
