support John. It is suggested by DS that was "things reached fever pitch after Cherie left last week. The professionals were distinctly chilled with John after last weeks show."

Support John, you know it makes sense.

Yeah boycott the vote.

Unless you're voting for Tom! In that case...continue!

Too late chum - Austin already has 5 more votes from me!

No desire whatsoever to support John. He wasn't the best dancer and should have gone last week at the very latest. I was going to "boycott" the show if he'd stayed but now . . . .

I wasn't supporting John. I've voted the same as last week - Lisa & Brendan.

It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

I've voted for the first time in two years, simply because John has at long last gone

I'm not voting. but it's not a mini boycott. I just haven't warmed to the remaining dancers.

Yes, they're good, I just haven't really engaged with them.

I'm human, NOT SHEEP !!

My votes will be going to Christine and Matt and Rachel and Vincent.

The UK needs to register its disgust at the politics involved in Strictly. The judges are clearly in with the pros. The judges want to control things, and I for one wont be controlled. John has been treated terribly in my opinion.

And (with it quite plain that it was JS's decision to go) that will achieve what exactly?

Can't believe how fickle you people are being. It is not time to "move on". The judges, the pros and the BBC have tried to distroy John and they have succeeded. Bullying is not a strong enough word to describe John's treatment.

You believe it was John's decision? Rise above the spin and look below the surface. John was bullied off the show. He did what he did to try to maintain some control on events. He was left with no option, especially after that pro said last week "vote on the dancing". What an arrogant, nasty piece of work.

Just enjoy the programme miles, or don't watch it. Why not do something about the so-called comedians whose only claim to funniness is to denegrate others?

This show is called STRICTLY come dancing, not STRICTLY messing about and winning.

Well, it's blindingly obvious that you don't, despite all that JS has said. But then again, what woulf forum life be like without a handy little conspiracy therory to bat around? And of course, the great thing about conspiracy theories is that the more people try to disprove them, the more the conspiracy theorists feel that it bolsters their conspiracy.

I'll leave you to it, I'm happy enough enjoying the programme rather than engaging in petty campaigns of little relevance connected to a hard-nosed political journalist who is more than capable of standing up for himself

Miles,

Thank you. You've cheered me up after watching various "singers" murder Take That songs (although Ruth was quite good)

I hope you enjoyed your boycott

So true. Hasn't he milked the whole situation so well to his satisfaction, very cleverly done John.
