post office home phone question?
has anyone got post office home phone? if so have they had any problems with it? i got signed up to home phone in sept,after being continuely gaged by post office staff for the sooo called wounderfull service. since registering i have waited til now to get even my 1st bill & even a payment card. i am on the verdg of going back to BT. am i on my own here?

![]() You still get a real person instead of a robot, however customer service is slow. Give them a chance. I still find them better and cheaper than BT!
