NO, NO, NO .... Alex has stated on several occasions that appearing on BB3 would not help/has not helped his modelling career.
The last time I saw Alex on TV, was when he was on "Loose Women" with Federico.

Alex clearly stated that he went onto Big Brother to raise his profile, and with a bit of luck get some work from it.

Yes, I thought I was right about hearing Alex say something similar in BB3.

Yes, but not the modelling aspect as he was already established in that field.

But he had been let go by his agency hadn't he and the way I remember the conversation in the house, it sounded like he wanted a boost to his modelling career, even though he could still get lucrative work in Japan. In fact I can also remember him saying that if he could add TV work of any kind to his CV, in
Japan, as a model, you're made.

You are very brave indeed . There are not that many blokes around here that would say that in public.

Don't have anything to do with him Eejay, he's a two-timing git.

Only yesterday he sweet talked me into agreeing to have his baby with the promise of a free flat.

I knew I should have got you to sign a pre-nup "don't tell a soul" agreement.

Our agents are still in talks over who gets to do the promotional interview on RI:SE................they can't afford both of us.

I would still have felt free to sell my story to The Sun, of course. They're not big on souls.........

It would be a race between me and Eejay to get the big bucks.

and also on RISE a couple weeks before the end of BB3, his parents were both there and were asked his motive for doing it, and they said (quote): "For the exposure."
(His dad then reiterated the point that it was good exposure for him, so there was no misunderstanding them.)
Mark and Edith seem slightly surprised and said that was very frank and honest of them to say so.

(btw i dont have a problem with alex or any of them doing it hoping for career opportunities out of it. Especially if they or their folks are honest enough to admit it - which makes a refreshing change. Instead of the usual guff eg from jonny or cameron.)

Yes, I remember some of that.
Wasn't it his mum though?
Or were you right, and it was both of them?

I remember when Alex came on RI:SE after BB3,.they asked him about what his mum said about him going on to raise his profile...There seemed to be a bit of confusion between Alex and his mum.
He replied saying that sometimes his mum doesn't know what she is talking about.

So clearly, at that point in time,..he denied that he was trying to raise his profile.

Is there any reason why he would do this,...only to reveal at a later date that he actually was trying to raise his profile ?

So he was raising his profile for what aspect?

Plumbing?
Jewelery making?
Pig breeding?

It was plumbing, wasn't it ?

Seriously though, as I recall, Alex planned to return to his modelling career in Germany. However, once he had left the BB3 House he became aware of other options.

But he said on Loose Women that he went into BB to raise his profile,.....not once he had left the BB3 house.
