It has to be said as well that the people who fit the opposite, jokey, OTT, overly friendly or ordinary bloke stereotype also provide the world with its used car salesmen, conmen , TV phone in quiz hosts , dictators and bad comics. They are successful because unquestioning people like them.
I think that order may have gone in order of reverse public vote.
