Nothing to analyze.
Like whoever you want. My point is merely that if you're a heterosexual woman you won't be basing your choices on what another female looks like - either supporting a woman purely because she's good-looking or not supporting a woman because you feel 'threatened'/'jealous' of their looks. You'll be responding to other qualities they bring to the table. |

why not just see what this week brings then re-visit - everything could change with the couples now having to learn two dances per week anyone could crumble, or suddenly show unforeseen stamina and verve... bucking the trend, i am female, love rachel and loved alesha and yet don't go for christine at all - analyse that! |

Well, I'm a heterosexual woman, and don't find Rachel appealing. However, its not jealousy or whatever, as I was completely bowled over by Alesha last year. I had a "discussion" with a friend last night, who said how can I not like Rachel, she's a really good dancer. I don't dislike Rachel, I'm just indifferent to her charms. She's not exciting, nor does she light up the floor. However, in a similar way to the way I felt about Margaret Thatcher, I can acknowledge that she does the job better than the rest, and admire her for it.
Poor Rachel, d*mned by faint praise! |

As a man, it's easy to find Rachel appealing. eg.
http://media.photobucket.com/image/r...rring.jpg?o=15 Vincent has choreographed difficult routines compared to many of the other pairings and Rachel has been getting better and better. She did not 'act' as much in the early performances as she does now, but she was acting as much as most of the competitors, as far as I could tell, so maybe it is in the eye of the viewer. Getting back OT, I think she will outdance all the other competitors, but probably not win. I wouldn't be upset at an Austin win, because I think he has done extremely well for someone with no previous dance training. |
