In the past series, the couples have danced two dances each with 4 weeks to go. Does anyone know if they will be dancing two dances each next week?

In the final they tend to repeat dances that they have done before, but there are still 3 other weeks and only 4 dances that they have not done (5 if you include the Argentine Tango) - what other dance might they include?

Please avoid suggesting the dances that the couples will dance until after the results show

I think next week is two dance, isn't it?

I only say that because the main programme is extended to 90 minutes from the 65 of yesterday.

I'm hoping that it will be two dances as it should remove the imbalance of latin/ballroom easy/difficult dances.

Last year it was 2 dances from week 9 and we are 2 weeks behind so yes week 11 is when 2 dances start! There will be a latin and ballroom for each person. This will really be good and show who is an all rounder! After the results I'll put on her who is dancing what if they say so we can have a look!!

I'll take Matts word for it. I was quoting from Wikipedia, who must have got it wrong.

# Weeks 7-11 - The remaining celebrities perform an unlearned dance from weeks 1-6.
# Week 12 - The remaining celebrites perform two unlearned dances from weeks 1-6.
# Week 13 - The remaining celebrites perform the final unlearned dance from week 1-6 and an Argentine Tango

SCD is a longer 90 minute show next Saturday - so I think it must mean two dances per couple

It's 2 dances a week from next week and I think they're adding a mambo in there at some point?

The dances that they are yet to do are:

Austin & Erin: American Smooth, Foxtrot, Paso Doble, Salsa
Christine & Matthew: Rumba, Salsa, Tango, Viennese Waltz
Lisa & Brendan: Cha Cha Cha, Foxtrot, Jive, Waltz
Rachel & Vincent: Cha Cha Cha, Paso Doble, Tango, Waltz
Tom & Camilla: Foxtrot, Rumba, Samba, Waltz

I'm guessing that in week 11 they will have one Latin/one Ballroom from the above list and then in weeks 12 and 13 they will bring in the Argentine Tango and maybe the Mambo.

ok well we can talk about it now! so remaining dances each celeb has are:

austin: salsa and paso, foxtrot and american smooth

christine: salsa and rumba, viennese waltz and tango

lisa: cha cha cha and jive, waltz and foxtrot

rachel: cha cha cha and paso, waltz and tango

tom: samba and rumba, waltz and foxtrot

apologies if any of those are slightly out: i've worked it out using wiki and a process of elimination!

i have to say that i think it's unlikely rachel will have paso and tango in the same week, surely that'll be an either/or mixed with the other latin/ballroom she hasn't done.

Wow, Brendan's not done a cha cha since s1!

I'm saying paso and foxtrot for Austin, but I don't know why.

Wonder if there's going to be like 2 of each dance roughly, cos alot have foxtrot/waltz left.

If Christine gets VW and Rumba then she may be ok; the ballet thing may help her with the rumba

If she gets the other 2 together at the same time then she is basically screwed.

Rachel may also come a bit undone with the paso when she gets it

If they want a complete set of different dances they can have:

Austin - Salsa and AS

Christine - Rumba and VW

Lisa - Cha cha and Foxtrot

Rachel - Paso and Tango

Tom: Samba and Waltz

But obviously we only know Lisa's so far...
