x is often a tch sound I think.
So I'd hazard a guess at fretchenay or perhaps fraychenay. Edit: This site carries an ad. It sounds like "freshernet" to me. they'd know I suppose. http://www.freixenet.co.uk/ |

It's Basque rather than Catelan Spanish, so the x is a SH sound. Freshernet sounds pretty accurate to me.
