Well I like my trimmings that goes with my Christmas dinner - pigs in blankets, sausagemeat stuffing, cheese with bacon wrapped round, anything with cranberries in and basically the diet going out the window for at least 3 days

Slow cook it at 160C for about three hours and the meat should fall off the bone.

Brazil nuts - but it must be those in their shells still, so I get to make a big mess cracking them all over the place.

Pre-shelled ones just don't taste as good to me

Nothing at all.

Why would I eat 'nibbles' because it is winter or xmas?

I'm thinking of making my own xmas pudding this year and leaving it to rest until next year

I'm crazy though as I have mine with squirty cream and get some very sly digs over the dinner table as they're all brandy butter nuts!
