I think it's possibly a bit of damage limitation by Brendan. I adore Lisa and I think BC has learned that he has to play nice and Mr Competitive does not go down well with the viewers anymore!

I think Brendan has always fought for what he believes in maybe a bit too strongly, so he has always got cross when he thinks he deserves better, and I like how he will also stick up for other couples Like Jodie and Ian!

The cynical part of me is thinking he may have wanted to mop up the Jodie supporters!

I'm not a Brendan fan but I love the fact that he was so enthusiastic before and during the dance-off. He was really giving it welly!

Wonder if he'd have been so enthusiastic if the dance-off hadn't been a foregone conclusion.

Was it a forgone conclusion - both dances were easy to mess up and he was enthusiastic last week and that was anything but a forgone conclusion

He saw she was terrified and was there for her, and support her, and did the same for jodie and ian going bananas for them!!

I have NEVER been a Brendan fan, but I was pleasantly surprised to see him so enthusiastically clapping along to Jodie and Ian in the dance-off and also shouting "Come on Jodie" at the start of their jive. Good sportsmanship. But then he also spoke up for them when he felt their Waltz was undermarked, so maybe they're his favourites!

Considering who's left in the competition, Lisa and Brendan now become my second favourites... and that's a sentence I never thought I'd say...

Loved his Jumping at the start of the dance off!!! Just like last week, all credit to Lisa, but In my opinion it was Brendan who got them through their dance off, of the Samba & Q.Step.

BRILLIANT choreography from him this year - as acknowledged by the judges & rightly so!

He MUST be dissapointed to realise that the way the results are shaping up they probably wont make the semi final let alone the final - which In my opinion is a great pity I think they are great. Would love to see them in the Christmas special!!

Hope Lisa doesn't crumble under the pressure/dissapointment this week as well as having 2 dances.

Well done Lisa & Brendan.

I've never been a Brendan fan - but this series I have changed my mind.
For whatever reason - perhaps he finally feels comfortable with himself and doesn't feel he needs to prove anything anymore - I think he has been fair minded, respectful and very supportive to Lisa and all the other contestants. He was the only one I have heard say that there was a place in the competition for John.

Lisa and Brendan are my favourites as I can't decide between Austin and Tom for my second favourites. However, I have a strange feeling that they wont make the final as this is their second dance off. Hope I am wrong.

Brendan is my favourite Pro and he's been so classy this series. He's the one I would want to be paired with if I was a celeb.

Nor me. The fact that he gets a thread when he finally treats his partner well speaks volumes!

a lot of the credit should go to his new girlfriend who he's been with for over a year so it's not a new thing - it's only the first chance we've got to see it
