Bravo !! Brendan and Lisa's quickstep
The first time was great. The second time around it was fantastic!
I don't know where they got the oomph from, being in the dance-off two weeks running, but they went for it and it was one of the highlights of the whole series for me. Brendan was at his finest. Beautifully choreographed, light, elegant and graceful and it was - to quote Bill on BBC breakfast this morning, spellbinding I loved it. I just want to wish these two all the luck in the world and hope that they can turn this voting apathy around. It seems an impossible task sadly, but I want to see more of these two, they are just wonderful to watch on that dancefloor. Anyone else love their quickstep?

I really loved it. I hope that these last two weeks haven't started the beginning of the end for them but sadly I can't see them not being in the bottom two.

I'm not their biggest fan, but they gave it everything they had in the dance-off and I was impressed.
I'd still like them out next though. |

Apologies if this has been asked before, but does anyone know who originally recorded the song that they were dancing to on Saturday?

They were dancing to "Yes" by Merry Clayton which is best known from the Dirty Dancing soundtrack.

I really enjoyed the Quickstep both times. Full of energy. (The gapping mentioned in other threads went over my head - no technical knowledge.

I'd still like them out next though. JS retiring hasn't resulted in people voting for the dancing.

One of the best dances of the series for me! Why people didn't vote for it I'll never understand!
