just had a bad thought to hope that's it's not smooth sailing for him but that's bad! I've never met him, but it annoys me the whole attitude "it's so easy..." etc. etc.

Oh don't be embarrassed, I was wishing the same yesterday I was complaining that he said he has no trouble with behaviour management, they're all really well behaved, and my mum was like "look, you've been teaching for a fortnight... anyone who has been teaching for fortnight and says he has no trouble with behaviour management is a damn liar!"
