f*cking hell, what is wrong with people these days?! why can no one ever accept responsibility for something that is supposed to be their responsibility? why does everyone assume you're lying about everything? why do you have to jump through hoops to get even a basic level of service? why does no one seem to give a toss about inconveniencing others? WHY IS THE WORLD SO GODDAMN CRAP?!

good afternoon
*is scared* lol *hugs* Hi GG *waves* I know it's a pain in the neck *hugs*

sounds nice

I'm just sick to the back teeth of incompentence at the moment. Whatever happened to basic customer service?

i know what you mean - i am sure i am becoming a grumpy old woman and nearly had a total rant at the car park this morning - i try to live by "don't sweat the small stuff" but customer service bods who don't give a s*** gets me still. I worked in a shop years ago and I did try to be helpful, honest! Oh and a call centre so I have been there.

can i ask you wise lovelees advice - i have two tickets for saturday 22nd November matinee that I can't now use - devastated about this but can't. How can I get them to someone who wants them should I advertise on lovelees or any other suggestions?
Aww that's shame, I'm going on that date. You can advertise them on Lovelees if it ever works again!

I'd suggest Lovelees (when it returns) or one of the other fan sites... or Ebay if all else fails

I'm really missing LL and I know the rest of you are. Why can't LMAS go down for a bit, it would stop them all from slagging off Lee and Denise's relationship.
