i know what you mean - i am sure i am becoming a grumpy old woman and nearly had a total rant at the car park this morning - i try to live by "don't sweat the small stuff" but customer service bods who don't give a s*** gets me still. I worked in a shop years ago and I did try to be helpful, honest! Oh and a call centre so I have been there.

It has, the website went down for a little bit and the forum went down one night, the night we all wanted to chat to each other

It just doesn't go down for as long as lovelees
