Much tougher choice for me. Karen annoys me no end but there is no doubt she is an excellent choreographer, so I do hope she stays.

Hayley didnt make much impression but I would give her the benefit of the doubt and give her another shot. That leaves 3 I wouldnt miss, so pick 2 from -

The only ones I don't care about is Hayley and Karen.

The reason I want James and Ola to go is that they still dance for themselves. They still after three years have not figured out that it’s not about them but their partnership with the celebrity partner. I also don’t like them especially James and believe many many others don’t like him either, therefore he will never win so what is the point? They are just a nasty and bitter little couple.

Vincent just needs to drop the “I am brilliant”...I know its a joke it’s just not funny anymore...if ever.

- Brendan (He has irritated the hell out of me since S1, his attitude makes me want to smack him sometimes)
- Hayley (I just couldn't warm to her at all, she seemed a bit devoid of a personality to me.)
- Ola (She's very one dimensional, again...I don't think there is much substance to her.)

I would deffo want to make sure that the following stay...

- Anton (Just think he's great He's a very exuberant character and I think the show would lose somethin' special if he left!) -
Erin (Biased cos' she's Anton's partner and they are fab-u-lous together but I think she does wonders with her celeb partners, she always manages to draw out something elegant or entertaining from them.)
- Darren (I love Darren's personality and his smile is always worth seeing time and time again!)

Men - Brendan (he has become safe and boring as a result) and move anton to presenting and get rid of Bruce.

Women - Hayley (who?) and Karen

Men - James and Vincent

Women - Erin and Camilla

Just get rid of James and Ola please.

I have said for a while *Karen Hardy, Brendon Cole and Anton Du Beke are all getting a bit long in the tooth now and should move on. that is not to say leave the show completely but maybe have a judging or presenting role (but not involving any polystyrene )

We should showcase one young new dancer every year preferably from the UK IMHO

I definitely wouldn't miss .....

---> Vincent - a great dancer, yes, but I find him a bit 'creepy'. He looks as if he's half drooling / salivating over his dance partner most of the time.
---> Brian - leaves alomost the same impression on me as Vincent. Though to a much lesser degree.
---> Hayley - whom I think would do better in her previous profession as a snowboard instructor or whatever.
---> Flavia or Camilla.

I agree with a proposal above that should they bring in new blood, they should look for UK-based pros instead of bringing them from across the pond.

Poor Ola, she appears so often on this list of the unbeloved. I know she can appear selfish or callous but does she not even appeal to manhood?? I would like to know the sex of the respondents on this one. If the Beeb turned down Nicole on the grounds of her age, I doubt they'd kick out a Sexy Thing.

Regarding James, I wonder if the BBC actually like him being controversial. If they really sought headlines I suppose they would choose unmarried dancers...

I'd drop James and Ola, keep Karen if she could be persuaded and I'd drop Flavia. I can't think of another male pro that I'd like to go, but if I had control of the purse, I'd be prepared to offer substantial payrises to keep Anton and Brendan.

I've only heard really good things from people who've met James and Ola. They consistently say how lovely they are. Yet, the pros who come across as really nice aren't always so friendly when people have met them. It just goes to show how clever editing can be.

I do think replacing some of the pros would bring a freshness to the show. Look how popular two of the new pros have become this year already.

As long as Matt C stays I dont really mind who else leaves
