I think they might keep their guest list a bit tighter than that. It seems to me that a 'tight' group (last five in house plus Chanelle) is set up based on 'real' trust between them all. Gerry is the interesting one as Ziggy never mentions him as a hm that he is going to keep in contact with. Something happened in the house which really impacted this friendship. I personally think it was David & all his stirring.

I think you will find his place is in Maida Vale but he suggested Queens Park to Gerry and Chanelle as rental charges are far less there than Maida Vale

Zac old flat was in Queens Park, his new flat is in Maida Vale.

Thank you quin .. I go to Maida Vale quite a lot .. I shall make sure I go there a lot more now and look out for the parks there .

I thought Zac's place was in Maida Vale and Chanelles is in St John's Wood (according to heatworld). If they are adjacent then this fits with the 5 mins away comment.

I thought Zac had suggested Queens Park as somewhere that she and Gerry should consider when they were in the house. Not sure why.

Quin has said he lives in Maida Vale now.. Which makes sense. it's very trendy , g8 bars and restaurants and right by London...

He was not to know then that Chan would make loads of money, so he was suggesting places where the rents would be cheaper, now it is not a problem, and I bet she has a very swish pad,

Yeah there's laods of town house style flats there.. It's really nice- but parking is a nightmare around there..

I think, back then, everyone assumed Chanelle wouldn't be packing the kind of budget that would get her in Maida Vale or St John's Wood.

I have an idea what the party is in aid of.....

......This weekends headlines in the NOTW.

Well lets face it they usually have a good laugh at whats been printed so they thought they might aswell go the whole hog and have a party.

Banners won't say happy engagement / happy house warming party, it will be the head line.
