I also would like to thank you Juliet and all the other regular posters on this thread for helping me get over the loss of 24/7 screening. I got completely involved in the Chiggy saga this summer and no one I know was in the least interested. Apart from calling Ziggy very rude names my daughter seriously thought I had lost the plot ! So reading your posts and following your links was a lifeline. Now I finally picked up the courage to add a message or two ( actually it wasn't courage -- more allowed myself to come out of the closet using a silly name ) I find it very liberating. I can talk about Chiggy without people thinking I am completely mad ... PS my daughter will not forgive Ziggy anytime soon, I won't tell you what she said when she saw the OK cover because you really won't like it.

I totally agree with you. Unfortunately, his lack of communications skills in the house coupled with the 'player' character being put out of BB particularly on OTC led many viewers I believe to misinterpret what was going on. I think it is now clearer for everyone now he has been able to explain himself but more importantly I think his actions since leaving the house speak louder than words. Liam actually in a discussion with Brian said that Ziggy needed to be in a relationship. Needless to say Liam saw himself as totally different - not wanting the hassles that come with a 'proper' relationship. In terms of Chanelle I sometimes think she holds back on what she says partly because she wants to keep stuff private but also because she doesn't want to push & for him to feel out of control. She has him totally sussed in my view!!

I couldn't agree more Media.....I was also a Chiggy junky this summer and am still feeling the withdrawel symptoms so catching up on all the post and link/clips is also a lifeline. I was at home ill all summer and watched 24/7 so still missing it 1 month later.....

Back from getting my copy of the DS. Having been a tad upset yesterday I decided I would detach myself and look at zigs pa pics, Mr. Ps site and todays paper from an outsiders perspective.
Looking again at Mr.P's site I read it as whilst Chanelle may think she is in a serious relationship with Ziggy he clearly doesn't.
Opening up the paper and looking at the zig pa pics they used what I saw was actually Ziggy all over the women and frankly he looked sleazy.
Its obv this was a set up and this is the result. Chanelle is made to look a mug and ziggy a sleazy player.

Back in emotional mode I detest that DL is using Chanelle in this way and how ziggy is being portrayed. Hopefully Chanelle is now secure in her relationship with Ziggy that she won't find the DS upsetting. Had this been the other way round and pics of Chanelle with her hands/arms all over men and kissing them I am not so sure Ziggy would be very understanding.
It is blatently clear now how DL is marketing Ziggy and Ziggy will be well aware of this. I for one am now unhappy about supporting this relationship whilst either DL remains Ziggy's agent or until Ziggy makes it clear that this is not the direction he wishes to take.

I will not be posting again until either I see some changes or I take some chill pills and realise I've embarrassingly overreacted.

Hi, that was nice of you. I do like the twins, brian, chan, zig and gerry this year. But, I just can't warm to brimanda. Watching them with the chiggy song doesn't seem right. Maybe you can use another song that has not been used for chiggy. Sorry but too much of a chiggy fan I guess.

The pictures from this PA and DL awful comment about Chanelle have certainly upset/angered so FM'S.. I am not happy about his pictures either and I expressed it yesterday.. I think either DR or Ziggy need to have a word with DL quick pronto.... But saying that no one forces ZIggy to get "so" friendly with these girls at his PA's. I know it's innocent and he goes home to Chanelle but I think it's a tad too much as well..
Anyway I don't want to dwell on this again as I did that most of the day yesterday .. Today I want to keep positive

But it is easier for me to say cos I haven't actually seen the DS article just read the words which I though seemed quite good i.e. suggesting he escaped behind the bar and was only interested in Chanelle. I didn't like some of the terms used but hey ho.

WRT photos of him with other women I presume they were the same as those we were looking at yesterday afternoon.
I get the impression from people that have been to male PA gigs that this is par for the course. My view is that I wouldn't want my OH doing that either but to be fair I don't think he would want me to do NUTS type shots either (not that I would ever be asked to mind you).

I think this is just something they both have to do to raise their public profile and hopefully create other more lucrative deals. I suspect they both know that is the case and in this respect I support them both.

What I can't condone is the sorts of references used on Mr P's web-site particularly in relation to Chanelle. I don't like portraying Ziggy as a player either cos IMO that makes Ziggy appear shallow and I think there are far better angles to cover - it's just a case of them investing a little more time in him IMO.

I think Ziggy is just as commited to this as Chanelle.
You have to understand what a PA is for to understand what the pictures are about.
No Chanelle probably wouldnt have the same pics but thats because shes a woman and woman dont get the same things shoved at them like the men do.
If you were to look at some of her pics from her PA's I would imagine we would see her being kissed on the cheek by both men and women if the situation is allowed.
Clubs pay over 3 thousand pounds to have these people come and parade themselves and shove them in very awkward situations tbh. Hes not going to shout get off me etc when hes being paid mega bucks.
Chanelle knows how these things work and she knows who hes coming home to at the end of the night.
He cannot be blamed for whats printed in the press either. Or what his agent does with his pics.
DL does have a way which he wishes to portray Zig and Chanelle would have discussed this, same as her Posh stuff, so I imagine shes fine with it.
DL, Zig Chan and DR dont have any control over whats written or shown in the papers.
I dont like the way Chanelle has been portrayed just lately but not by Zig. Hes treating her with the utmost respect and love in his interviews and thats what I take note of now not some pap ics of PA's.

I am a liitle surprised that Ziggy wants to be marketed as a player TBH - in his interviews he suggests the opposite in fact. I think it may be DL using 'off the shelf' marketing rather than actually investing time in a more appropriate campaign. If this is the case it is up to Ziggy to vote with his feet.

I agree with your post. The FM never thought much of Ziggy in the first place, accusing ZAT of having rose coloured specs and his unpleasant traits so was obviously in the wrong thread to start with.

Now all I need is Dancing on Ice (rumour has it the twins are in that, but we'll have to wait and see) and my weekend viewing is set.

i too think zig likes to be in a long term relationship ,he has had plenty of women chasing him but he needs a genuine love affair ,not a one night stand. i think he has found it difficult being friends with females in the past but chanelle has made it easy for him ,she connects with him ,they have great conversations ,laughter and friendship.
so glad hes sussed chanelle out now and realises that shes a fantastic ,loyal ,affectionate ,dead sexy and what a stunner. he nows seems to have reversed everything since the house ,supports her ,is loyal to her and fights his corner . what a lucky pair they are .wish i was chanelle

I recall seeing Nikki Grahames pics of a PA once and she had a near naked bloke in front of her face. Its just something that happens at these PA's. You saw what Charley had to do at hers. They are put under pressure to perform so they do.
Hes doing nothing wrong. Brian, Liam etc are all doing them. I would bet 50 quid that hes had at least one punter wanting her breasts signed. Stu Wilson used to get that regularly.
Hes signing autographs, having pics taken, playing filthy games I reckon and giving kisses. Earning shed loads of money and spending it on his gorg girlfriend.
When he starts using tongues and having them see him back to his hotel then I will worry. Not before.

I know it's my excuse to stay in now.. Rumor has it Charley's friend Sisi - she's the gobby one from the girl band Hope has apparently been chucked out.. Which is good news as can you imagine Charley back on our tv screens every Sat night in the audience..

I know I said I wouldn't post again but just to clarify cos I hate being misunderstood (and that seems to be all I have done since I got here) what I meant was that in the DS pics used, they are ones which feature zig with his
arms/hands on the women and him kissing them and not vice versa as one might expect. Hence he looks sleazy. And I don't like him being portrayed in that manner.
On a side note though I have only once before been interested in a bb couple and that was BB5 Michelle & Stu. Stuart did lots of pas and I can't recall him being so hands on with the women. I know some of you also followed Mich & Stu and maybe you can tell me if I am wrong.
