I fear there will be - and if it isn't tomorrow it'll be later in the week - I have a nasty feeling in my gut!

I am sure Chanelle's Management Team will by now have read and digested all of the articles and she will have had some sound legal advice as to her position regarding the interviews. A decision will then have been made regarding her legal position. In any event if she does intend to make a rebuttal interview she would want to get that out of the way before considering taking any action.

I think that is why the NOTW printed the other story with quotes from the 'recordings' to add weight to their story and to stop any possible court time. The NOTW is not one of the best papers in the UK and I am sure that they would put the recordings on their website like the Ziggy video interview if they were forced to or felt that they could make even more money, the more hits the site recieved the more advertising revenue they get.

I actually think the suggestion of sueing is ridiculous. Th =e most damaging thing in there for Chanelle is the self harm and I think she will be more upset that someone she loved and trusted has done this to her than trying to sue him, when she doesn't need to money and it would just drag things out. Besides the incidents have no witnesses and it is his word against hers, so would be difficult to prove, which is exactly what is happening on these forums. We are all debating opinions, but none of us actually have any facts.

As Chanelle has resumed her work schedule and moved on work-wise if not in her heart, it might be best to let all this nasty stuff die away now and allow them both to get on with their lives.
There will always be new scandals to titiilate the readers of the papers and mags..they dont need Chiggy anymore.
