When I first read NOTW, I thought that it referred to the first dumping, but it doesnt. He says that he went round on Tuesday to make up and they did and had their last row. Then Chanelle dumped him. If they referred to their last sex session, it couldn't have been the first dumping as they slept together the Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday of the make-up week. Which means that NOTW and Heat totally contradict each other. NOTW also says in Dubai Chanelle accused him of sleeping with two women. In heat - it was only Danielle Lloyd. In NOTW, it was a wine bottle and in Heat it was a champagne bottle. In NOTW, Chanelle dumped him on Tuesday and Heat he dumped her on Thursday. `

One other thing that concerns me is that in Heat, Ziggy says he knows the parents have spoken about the self harming to the press, but that story that came out was denied by the parents as them having said anything and I'm inclined to believe them. What parents would sell a story like that to the press. In NOTW, a glass was thrown as she thought he was sleeping with two women or something and heat it was because he'd stayed and had lunch with the interviewer.

I'm also confused as to Chanelle's message - "Had my reasons for what? I haven't done a thing. I love you!". What did Ziggy say to her that said she had her reasons for doing something? Also this business about Chanelle caning him when he left the house - who told him that? As that simply isn't true. Says she dumped him on Monday 22nd and he said that was last week. That means he must of done the interview prior to them getting back together, which obviusly wasn't the case. In which case his dates don't add up. they got back together on Monday the 5th. That is also much longer than a week/ten day break.

This isn't a post to slate anyone, simply am trying to work out things as it doesn't make sense. Is NOTW wrong? Did Ziggy get the dates wrong? Anyone read anything that can shed some light on this. In the same interview he says the scratch was done on the 22nd October and 30th October! :S Just can't work it out.

I wouldn't pay much attention to the dates etc in Ziggy's interviews as they don't make sense or add up. He was probably stressed and confused at the time. So I wouldn't let it bother you.

From reading both their interviews, my take on it is that she dumped him on Mon Oct 30th, they saw each other out on the Thurs evening at the perfume launch & other party, they spoke but didnt get back together. Chan went to Wakefield that wknd, they prob spoke or text each other & decided to meet on the Mon. They got back together that night & were together Tues as well. Weds Chan went away & Zig dumped her on the Thurs, same day that the DS came out.

I think you missed the point of my post. I completely accept that some Chanelle fans can be obsessive, as can some Ziggy fans, Charley fans, Nikki fans, Aisleyne fans, I'm sure theres even a slightly OTT Gos fan somewhere.

What I object to is the charactisation of Chanelle fans as obsessive and deluded who will find excuses for anything she does, while the same is untrue of Ziggy fans. The post I responded to said

"the way she is defended on here i think people would be saying things like she was forced to do it,or she had no choice,things like that."

My point is that this is exactly what has been said about Ziggy

I'm not trying to single out one set of fans as being obsessive, quite the opposite, I'm trying to say that all fans can talk rubbish in defence of their chosen HM and that singling out one group is simply inaccurate (and out of place in a joint appreciation thread)

I believe that when Chanelle came out of the house Heat ran an interview with 'Ziggy you're dumped!' splashed across the front page but I gather the interview inside was far more conciliatory and didnt actually say that at all.

However, we cannot assume that Ziggy's family necessarily pored over every article by or about Chanelle in depth at this time, so if his sister had seen 'Ziggy you're dumped!' on the new stands this may be where the 'caning' accustion is coming from.
There may have been similar articles in the papers and mags during this time...I dont know bercause I never usually read them, but I have a feeling there was another Ziggy you're dumped' headline in the Daily Star around this time too.

Someone is feeding Zig titbits from articles or papers (like the parents self harm one) and he appears to have fallen for them hook line and sinker.
Someone is also telling him that Chanelle is talking to the DS about him and that the articles in the DS all came directly from her.

Who is doing this?

Just because we are all pretty shrewd and adept at reading between the lines in the papers and mags now it is dangerous to assume that everyone else is just as media savvy.

Ziggy himself doesnt appear to be. Nor do his family, unless they have an agenda because they dont like Chanelle.
We dont know because none of his family has ever spoken out directly.
Nor have Chanelle's for that matter.
Both Ziggy and Chanelle have told us that their families like the other, but they would say that wouldnt they, even if it wasnt true.
The families arent going to contradict their son or daughter whilst the relationship is still going are they?

The mish-mash of info with wrong timelines and everything else does seem to add more credence to Chanelle's shock and bewilderment over the weekend..and her texts as read out by Ziggy would seem to support this theory.

Who didnt want the relationship to work so much that they have been busily sabotaging it from the start?

Tomorrow should be an interesting day too...seeing if any of Chanelle's info tallies or is totally at odds with Ziggy's.

Just Chanelles text brings a whole new context that I never picked up on before...'Had my reasons for what?" So Ziggy must have written something along the lines..."I'm sure you had your reasons". Which confirms to me that he didn't break up with her as he was abused :s but because of that DS article that he seems to have firmly believed she was responsible for. This also ties in with his behaviour in the house. People talking about Chanelle/Billi and he didn't want to be mugged off. Lets just say that perhaps when Chanelle sent that text, he was with DL and/or Claire. Could they have said to him that the DS were tipped off and that had to come from Chanelle. Twisted things to their benefit and said that he'd be better splitting. He breaks up with her, she is upset and they convince him that she will be vengeful and to get in there first with an article and don't hold back. I just think if she was violent that this would be an easy "break-up" excuse, rather than being advised :s

Why would they think he would be better off without Chanelle?
They wont give a damn about personal feelings because for them it is just a job, so why would they reckon he would be more successful without her?

I know...but he is totally paranoid in the heat interview and very, very bitter about something. He comes across at times like he loathes her and then says "he still cares". And I believe he did care about her, so I don't get it. I also find it sad that Chanelle says in a message "I know you can do better than me". For a girl who supposedly very self-obsessed, that doesn't come across here. But, if there are a lot of facts in that interview that are incorrect, I can see why she'd be mad, furious even. But if there is some truth, she may not bite back too much.
