Observed that this warm and compassionate thread had company from Siberia! It is very cold and wintry sometimes out there, I have experienced it. Well you gotta get your hands warmed by the fire at some point, otherwise you turn to ice. We like a cocktail of Zig and Chan by the fire in here! Codes ! Well, in no particular order, I see myself as a C/z and Z/c. Depends on what they have been up to at any particular time.

Saw small clip of Ziggy at Clothes show so feeling very Z/c at this precise moment. He always looks yummy! Love him presenting. Now, I personally would like him not to have to do pa work. Much more presenting please? Especially when he has to walk up and down a catwalk in jeans!

Picking up on peep's opinions on Zig's eyes, glum, etc. My first encounter with Ziggy was when he entered the house, took one look at Chanelle and his eyes lit up like beacons. They stayed like that for much of his BB experience, especially when she walked in the room. That compared with what his eyes portray now? There is no comparison. Of course, there is sadness in his eyes, there is bound to be for some time. She might just walk into the room again though.

There seems to be a need to reference a lot of old, and sometimes disproven, Chan articles on the forum. May be because peep's on meltdown? There is a distinct lack of media frenzy since Chiggy split up. It has gone boring for some perhaps? I cannot figure it out. Hope the 'lack of' means the pair have some privacy now.

Thanks Blackrock, I did wonder about that myself, thats why I have come on here to check before I go shopping, I must have missed that one , I normally run an eye over the bookstall whenever I'm out.

You might remember the orange "Fame" T-shirt that Chanelle is wearing on that New cover. She wore it on 3 August, the day Big Brother set up the Diary Room chair in Leicester Square.

Her face does look rather brown; the makeup artist must have used Fake Bake, and that's why Chanelle's face ended up on the Fake Bake/press web site.

Morning All, just checking in to appreciate Ziggy and Chanelle

Sorry this is late in the day. Have just awoken with hangover from hell

See that is just it Colkat, my post yesterday was in no way "anti" Ziggy and am a little annoyed at the above. Just because a post does not put Ziggy on a pedestal doesn't make it anti. I listed personality traits of both Chanelle and Ziggy that were both positive and negative, because they both have positive and negative personaility traits as do we. I was also giving a perspective on why I believe the relationship broke down. And I think my fellow fms would back me up when I say that I have always supported both and tried to give a more balanced view on things. The only thing that I have quite strongly voiced as not liking was NOTW and I would feel the same whether it was Chanelle, Brian, twins etc... about that one. I have also been known by my friends to be a good judge of character as well as yourself so I sometimes try to bring that into posts. Quite a few of us on here prefer to speak of the positives and negatives of Chiggy as it gives a more rounded view of the rleationship and whether a friendship/relationship can be restored. It is also one of the reasons I post here and not the single appreciation threads. I do read the SDZ and SDC threads aswell, mainly to hear peoples opinions on the other side of the coin and try to understand their viewpoints even if I don't agree with them.

A kiss and tell doesn't always relate to sex. The person who has kissed a person (ie. gone out with someone) tells a story airing all their dirty laundry in public you could say. ie. sex, relationship problems, secrets etc....

The thing is there are quite a few idolisers on ZAT and CAT. That is why there are a few on here that rarely post there as, personally, I find any idolisation from anybody who isn't a teenager a little worrying. But then I am speaking from someone in the middle bracket. I respect peoples opinions but find it hard to discuss people if we can't address their good and bad points. sometimes the appreciation threads only want to discuss the good points, which is fair enough, it is an appreciation thread after all. However, I find it much easier to have rounded discussions here as there are a few fms who I find give good, well rounded opinions and I can discuss openly positive and negative aspects about Chiggy without feeling attacked. I still go in and read the appreciation threads and some fms post and tell me I am welcome, but ask if I can perhaps try not to big up Ziggy or Chanelle as a few fms get annoyed, which is fair enough, especially as there are quite a few CATs that are anti-Ziggy and vice versa, so will get annoyed at me when I support both.

This is going over old ground and might seem anti Zig but it is my take on things at the moment.

But where i started to see it going wrong between these 2 wasnt at the final argument but when Chan came back to the house,
In Zig.s eyes he thought chan would have got a couple of weeks work then returned home to recover sort of thing,maybe later on chan share a flat with ex housemates but still be finding it hard to find work.
His idea was he would get out and make the most money and have people chasing after him with contracts and stuff,think he had every intention of haveing a relationship with chan but at his pace,
and he was expecting something like the odd weekend together,maybe a holiday,but still thinking chan wouldnt be getting the atention.If it had happened this way i think it would have worked better between them.
But when Chan came back to the house it threw him completely,Chan i thought was thinking that Zig would be proud of her for what she had done on the outside,but i think it had the oppisite effect because he had never seen her like that and from then lost confidence he could keep her or she might move on.And it had changed from chan looking up to him to more equel terms which i think he found hard to cope thinking about it for the rest of the time in the house.
I didnt see the warmth in that reunion people talk about,the minute ageant was mentioned it killed it for me,it was to me chan showing she was strong now and maybe getting one over on him,and Zig trying to get his brain around the fact that his idea of what was going to happen in the future had just been shot down in flames,and he had a lot of catching up to do once he got out.
The reference to calm jewish girl later was probelly a dig at Chanelle,to let her know he cant cope with the way she is going now with her life.

I mentionned Duncan James as it was a comment made by Duncan himself and I am privvy to some extra info around that but they have sorted things out so no need to go into it. I like Ziggy, but I think there are very few people who could argue he was always loyal in BB towards Chanelle. I think this was more gameplaying than anything else and certainly don't think he is a bad person for gameplaying. It is what after all kept him in until the final so not a bad tactic at all. That is one of my biggest problems with NOTW - it came across as disloyal to someone he cared about. But he does seem very loyal to his family which is good. It is nice to see that he is so close to his brother and sister.

That is one of the reasons I believe that Heat and NOTW were exaggerated and there are other things going on Twins were always better friends with Chanelle and if they honestly thought he had wronged her, they wouldn't be friends with him or Chanelle would probably be annoyed at them. Makes me think that behind the scenes he has explained his reasons and the twins don't think he is a bad person Would be interesting if chanelle went to visit the twins at Clothes show, but she has wannabee doesn't she? ;p

Maybe the models have been keeping him up ;p All those late night parties in LA

Afternoon everyone, just popped in quickly to say I think there is a lot of truth in what you say Beans. I think he had guessed who the "mystery guest" was going to be before he went into the lobby and when he saw Chanelle in all her glory he was totally gobsmacked. I think it was somewhat different to his expectations. I can see that her success has been a bit of a problem for him, but it is early days for him and I am sure he will do well also.
