Wow there is really no call for that. Apologies for keeping you waiting for my answer. Anyway, how ironic would it be if I was a Coal Miner, I'm not however even more ironic than that I do work in post production so I know how programmes are put together , but what I do isn't relevant. The point I was making, and I'm sorry if I wasn't clear was that the piece on ITT about what a difficult job the judges have was so obviously an attempt to rehabilitate them in some of the public's minds after the JS debacle. That was what I meant by, don't insult my intelligence. As for the crap they have come out with. I accept here I was not clear, I meant concerning JS. For example Arlene on ITT last Monday week, saying that JS just read a paper all day, in my opinion it wasn't fair.

Eh on SCD,they spend a day in the studio, they sit in front of the performers , comment on some of the dances and then give them marks. It isn't more complicated that that. If they do anymore than that I'd like to know

I agree Hayfever. Why I loved SCD was because of the fun and entertainment, not the nasty comments, judges fighting and insulting each other, which I know is all pantomime, but I don't like it.
Hi dancebananas,

I misunderstood what you were getting at with your post. I apolgise to you unreservedly. I'm just up to here (not that you can see where here is obviously!) with the constant critism about the judges. As had been pointed out there are three threads on the go about them. Anyone would think some people had an agenda

Anyway. please don't let me rant put you off posting and sorry once again

Thank you

Please don't present your misheard recollections as fact. Len was asked if in the past if some decisions were "no brainers" and he agreed and then said that some were difficult. No mention was made about the last dance off in conjunction with this.
Just to get this on the record, this is a transcript for you:

CLAUDIA: Very quickly, I need to talk to you about Lisa and Brendan. How shocked were you to see them in the dance-off, and was it a no-brainer for you to save them, Len?

LEN: It was indeed a no-brainer. I thought that, you know, Lisa, I thought she danced great in the show and I thought she danced even better in the dance-off. So for me, she was clearly the one that had to be saved.

Just rechecked on iplayer and you've got it word for word.

My apologies again. I was confusing myself with the comments Craig made about no-brainers. Sorry for getting that wrong.

Can someone remind me not to post when I've been to the pub?

Really sorry for any offence caused.
