tiscali seized line
Tiscali are going to size my line tomorrow because i changed to bt 4 weeks ago i then cancelled my order with bt and decided to stop with tiscali till my contract is up
hope that makes sence Tiscali have said my line is going over to bt tomorrow bt have said its not as my order has been cancelled. Eg tiscali disconnect my line and il have no provider eg no phone no internet as i cancelled with bt i was advised by tiscali to cancel my order with BT and my tiscali service will not be affected eg stop on so i phoned up bt said i wished to stop with tiscali and to cancel my order ; they did just that and cancelled my order with bt but still tiscali are gone sieze my line tomorrow even after 3 weeks i told them i want to stop with them After its siezed il own them 70 quid for leaving my contract early and il need to pay 125 quid to bt for a reconnection fee to reconnect my line where do i stand with this ? surely they cant charge me 125 can they ? |

Seized? I think you mean ceased?
I think i'd just wait and see what happens, and then get on to the company that you wish to use and ask why you have no service. It'll be switched on for you in no time at all. |
