I hadn't really looked at the track list enough to know that it was a paramore song. I feel foolish now! I like it though.

Ain't It Fun, Anklebiters, Fast In My Car, Now and Still Into You are favourites so far. Interesting to hear that the gospel choir that the band were talking about a few months ago feature on Ain't It Fun. It has a funk-sound to it, which makes sense seeing as Hayley & Jeremy were in a funk cover band as teens.
Was that band "The Factory"?

I agree with you on your favourites, although I'd add (One Of Those) Crazy Girls to my list, even though the lyrics are quite creepy and Future will probably be great live. I think Ain't It Fun is my favourite song, but I think I've listened to Fast In My Car the most out of the new songs. Hate To See Your Heart Break is probably my favourite slow song.

Paramore are also on the Graham Norton Show tomorrow night, guess they're likely performing 'Still Into You'.
I'm looking forward to that

Awesome on TGNS.

Got the album, think it's brilliant. Some different stuff here, so I'm not surprised to see some people not overly happy with it. It happens with almost every band nowadays. Band starts off, a few albums pass, they grow, they become more popular, they start experimenting and trying different sounds as they grow as a band...and there's a select few who dislike it and even a silly few who will go into "THEY SOLD OUT!" (See most bands. LP is an even bigger example).

Album so far has received brilliant reviews, most places loving it. Tough to pick out my favorite tracks, not a single song I dislike here, brilliant mix. 'Daydreaming' is awesome, 'Part II' in places has an old school Paramore feel yet also manages to bring something fresh and new in places, outstanding song and I expect 'Future' will end up being the underrated track on this album that doesn't get too many mentions, bloody love it when it kicks in just after 3 minutes. Overall another top class album IMO, the proper way to kickstart my upcoming summer

And the other side of it is that people who may have not liked their music previously, may like the new sound of the band if they change and grow. I personally have never been that big on their previous music, but I'm really liking this record a lot. It has less of the bratty emo thing they used to do and more classic pop songwriting and production with great melodies which is the kind of music I tend to enjoy.

I think it has a great mix of old Paramore so people who liked Everything We Know Is Falling/Riot will enjoy it but its kept the maturity of Brand New Eyes but isn't as heavy. I also like there isn't one specific sound and they coupled lots of genres with their trademark sound without it sounding mesy and with for me no filler

Yes, that's why I like it. It's not as heavy as some of their other music. It's more poppy. I think established artists do best when they keep some of their trademark sound but update and change it a little. I don't like it when artists repeat the same sound album after album, but I don't like it either when they change so much you can't recognize it's the same artist. I also like albums that are more eclectic with different genres.

True i'm glad they didn't completely overhaul and that they kept enough of what made them great there whilst still growing as a band its gonna be great live too

If anyone gets Kerrang TV, keep an eye out for the "Time Machine" program for Paramore. I've just sat and watched it from start to finish

You get..

Pressure
Emergency
All We Know
Misery Business
CrushCrushCrush
That's What You Get
Decode
Ignorance
Brick By Boring Brick
Careful
Playing God
Monster
Now

and as if to give me an extra special treat, the recording overran just enough to record "Monkey Wrench" from the Foo Fighters - so all in all, a rather excellent hour !

I absolutely adore the jacket that Hayley wore in this photoshoot. She has been wearing it a lot lately. I've tried to find out who designed it so that I can buy one but I can't find it anywhere.

My tickets arrived a while ago even though they originally said they weren't sending them out until near the concert.
