A lot of the problem could be avoided though if people would just check the previous 5 posts both before and after their post actually appears on screen. If there's a cross-post in the previous 5, just wait will the OP has amended theirs, before posting yours - with the amendments.
And after posting yours, just check that it hasn't crossposted with someone else, and if so amend it.
I know we all want 'our' pro to win but if the points get really skewed, then the game becomes useless.
