Can only buy one bundle a month

Damn right crap and pathetic that is. I know on my Orange account I can buy as Many as I like as long as I have topped up

And dont even get me started on the customer services. Been cut off twice now. Still on hold after 10 minutes just for asking for a manager. Is this how Virgin Mobile make there money?

Worst network I have ever been on

I did try that at the time and it kept saying "Account Blocked" when i tried to log in. They wouldn't even sort that out

Was a couple of years ago though...

when my Virgin Lobster 700 TV started playing up after owning it for about 10 months i phoned virgin and they replaced it with another phone with no problems. also bearing in mind i did only use virgin to top up my tv licence every month. so i give them a thumbs up. regards popp

I used to be with Virgin, I was with them since the week they launched until about a month ago. I thought increasingly, the bundles were becoming less value for money. 800 texts for £24 a month - that's a lot.

I looked at moving to contract, they didn't have any decent phones but I found a Nokia I liked the look of and applied - bang, failed the credit check (god knows why) - so I phoned them, they didn't have a clue, she said if I couldn't get a contract, why not get the Liberty Sim deal - I told her that was a credit check too - and she argued it wasn't - so I applied, but the 'system didn't work' - and rejected my application - the thick bint didn't realise it was a credit check, she was a right waste of time.

I saw o2 doing the Simplicity 20 tarrif, which is 600 minutes, 1000 texts and a free bolt on (unlimited calls (o2) or unlimited texts - any network) - I went for texts - £20 a month, sorted. Sailed through o2's credit check, and phoned Virgin for the PAC code - wasn't easy getting that, "Why you leaving?" - why not check out our Liberty Sim offers, you'll get accepted on that bla bla bla "Out Pay and Go service is excellent" - I told them what o2 had offered and asked them to beat it - "We can't do that" - so finally I got my PAC - followed a few days by a ton of 'Sorry you're leaving' crap through the post trying to keep me.

I'm with o2 now, happy, and I'm moving my broadband to them - only £10 a month (it's just a re-packaged BeBroadband LLU service)

I moved from Virgin when they messed me about by not giving me my PUK. Like i said that is one network i will stay away from, others include... T-Mobile, Tesco, and 3
