'internetsusie', who claims to be Tommy's mother, says not. I asked her to explain, if she could, how her son's pictures appeared on this forum last night. After a couple of rather evasive posts, this was her reply:

All rather odd.

And, FTR, I do think weymel's photographs are genuine.

Sorry - what a pompous arse I must have seemed, not intentional; it is actually one of my fave words - it's less accusatory that "alleged" or "supposed" which (to me anyway) imply some sort of disbelief.

Putative is a nice neutral word (as it doesn't need someone to actaully DO it (ie it cant be a verb)), but I do forget that not everyone knows it.

It's generally used in cases of disputed parentage and so forth.

Actually to perpetrate a libel is itself a libel, as is saying something (slander) if you know it will later be written down - a case involving Victoria Beckham last year decided that (if anyone cares: VB is in the law books)

I would say this forum is not libellous becuase no-one is saying as fact that the show is corrupt: conjecture isn't libel.

She said 'she', Tommy's mum, is supposed to be on 'The Salon' at 2.30 this Sunday. If its not his mum, she certainly has a lot of 'inside' information

As far as I can make out by trawling through the various threads, it is END1 who is the person who told the exclusion story, and she is a friend of one of the other housemate's mums. There is no reason at all why Tommy's family should also know what END1 knows, as it was specifically mentioned that Tommy and Jade were not called intot he Diary room, as the others were, and given the information about the exclusions.
So it's perfectly possible that everyone is who they say they are, and that the information each is giving is what they know, and that only a total idiot would say these things on a C4 website, because the housemates will have been sworn to secrecy.
On one of the reality pop shows, one of the best contestants was voted out, to major dismay, halfway through the contest. But actually, she wasn't voted out. She had threatened to leave, and was asked to stay in for the week, and they promised not to count her votes. These things happen, and can be arranged. I think it highly likely that Jade and Tommy were excluded by the production team for diplomatic reasons - but they should have been told.
By the way, the show on which some of the people with problems were actors engaged to make it up was the Vanessa programme, and it was a woman producer who was sacked for arranging it. She was back in work a week later on another programme for another company.

Weymel was. Whether he was particularly bothered by it is irrelevant, but he made several posts claiming the show was manipulated and edited in a way to deceive the viewing public. In fact, he stated that the housemates were told that they couldn't vote for Tommy or Jade. If this were not the case, wouldn't his comments make him and/or this forum libellous?

if that were the case wouldnt the moderators have deleted everything about it.

I've wondered that myself, and did post to that effect at some point during the last day or so.

Sorry, yes of course he did. it could be libellous (at the end of the day a jury would have to decide if it were) if:

a) the statements weren't true AND
b) the statements would lower the standing of Endemol/C4 in the mind of right-minded people.

I'll let you decide, but my view of endemol is so low anyway, it's hard to see how that would be possible!

The editing would be impossible: you'd have to prove intent of the editors, but the vote ,er, limiting would be something proveable...

But, yes, in theory, the statement "endemol rigged TBBB vote" *could* be potentially liable, but it would depend on many things such as how TBBB was presented - were we ever given the impression that it would be 100% free vote and so forth.

I think you'll find it was END1 who told that story,not weymel.
And it's not libel as it stands, currently, nor, I believe, would there be any case to answer if it were not true, any more than the animated debates in this forum on whether Sham was specifically selected for the Africa trip were libellous. There's a more than evens chance that what END1 says is true.

Of course it's all plausible......I'm not quite on the "highly likely " level though.....quite possible I'd prefer.....I want it to be true at least.......

Well I've had a GOOD look at them and they are as they appear - IE no doctoring has been done to them. (appart from my amusing ones!)

Secondly - they are in fact Tommy with a dated and timed piece of paper confirming that his Dad is weymel.

Thirdly - The email address that I received them from is in the name of one of the Wright familly who would have a nick of mel !

So all in all, I think it more than safe to say that what you see is what you get - IE the simple answer here is correct!

If a cover-up, it is more elberate than anything on the grassy knoll !!!

It would have to involve Tommy himself!

As a matter of fact Tommy DID have a nasty accident, im not going to go into detail if you really want to know what happened then go on to C4 as im sure a lot of you have done, you don't have to take my word for it but i DO know Tommy and i DO know he had an accident. Believe me or not its your decision, your all entitled to your own opinions.

So! Let me try and get this straight!-

What is being said is that - Tommy's mum goes around not knowing what's going on most of the time - weymel is really Tommy's uncle, but poses as Tommy's Dad - Tommy goes around aiding and abetting his uncle in all this and finally - Tommy's real Dad says nothing !

Have I got this all correct??? - I think I'll go back over to the who killed Diana thread - at least that was making some connection with reality !!!
