Richard Hammond reckons he is too daddy like for SCD
Simon Jackson
27-11-2008
I read this on Teletext this morning, not sure if it's still therenow. It said that Richard Hammond dosen't want to have a try of the show one day because he is a father and feels embarrsed.

What a hypocrite he is! There have been dads doing the show before.

And that makes him a hypocrite because...?

I understand that there have been other dads on there, but hypocritical?

I agree. Why does it make him a hypocrite?

He doesn't need to do SCD either, his profile is high enough and he just strikes me as someone who'd never do it in a million years, I don't think anyone from Top Gear would.

He'd be excruciatingly embarassed the whole time, I love the Hamster, but he's quite neurotic at the best of times!

Yeah, total misuse of the word hypocrit

Much as I'd love the Top Gear lads to do it, they never will, and I'm pretty sure Captain Slow's already turned them down. I've got their partners all picked out already

Hamster - Lilia, obviously
James - Ola, can you just imagine his face trying to dance with her in the cat suit
Jezza - Erin, Miss Whiplash meets Clarkson

Teletext may have skewed what he said there. I saw the interview - it was on the Paul O'Grady Show last night.

What he actually said was that up until his first daughter was born he was an ok dancer, but the moment she arrived he started dancing like an embarrassing dad - and that was the reason he could never do SCD.

Don't suggest The Stig and Brendan together it's too much for me!

Stig porn loving it

As for the Hamster I saw The POG show too so I don't get the use of hypocrite either.
