Yesterday I downloaded the software and atttempted on three occasions to install and it failed everytime. I'm trying again tonight and it's been installing since roughly 7pm and it only appears to be 75% through "backing up" my iphone. This is ridiculous, is there no option to prevent it from backing it up as it is taking hours and I'm unable to use my iphone whilst doing so. Has anyone else experienced problems with this software update?

Oh and this iphone isn't even a week old, I had to take my other one back as it had numerous errors.

I've just upgraded 3 iPhones and each one took about 10 minutes for the download and 10 minutes for the upgrade.

I've finally got it installed! Once I'd downloaded the software it took almost 5 hours to get it installed onto my iphone-once synced through itunes it took hours to back up my iphone and once that was done it took approx 10 minutes to install it. I'm loving the new podcast feature!
