Sony ericsson w760i internet via bluetooth
Checking on the internet it looks like you can access the web via your PC using Bluetooth on this 'phone.
Well, none of the sites/howtos I've found quite do it for me. ![]() Has anyone tried this & had success? If so how???!! Thanks |

Using the Bluetooth software on your PC establish a Dial-Up Connection to the handset. When windows asks for the phone number use *99#, use the username and password supplied in the internet settings from your operator. This assumes that the phone has acorrectly installed internet settings.
For example on O2 Payandgo, the APN would be payandgo.o2.co.uk, the username is payandgo and the password is password. On a Nokia, you would use PC Suite, click Connect to the Internet and then click your service provider. There might be something similar in SonyEricsson's software. |

Thanks for the reply - sorry about the delay in getting back to you.
Me thinks I've tried that - I seemed to have tried dozens of ways and can't keep tab on what I actually have tried. Lol ![]() Anyhow, I'll give it another go later. SWMBO insist I concentrate on tiling the bathroom for now. Thanks |

prking, Further to your reply: Is the method you detail actually to connect the PC to the internet via the 'phone?
If so, I need to do it the other way round. That is, connect my mobile to the internet using my PCs internet connection via bluetooth.
