I can't imagine Karen agreeing to do something so tacky, and I always assumed it was Ian who backed out since the first images they used where silhouettes of Ian and Camilla.

I believe that one is actually true. Heard rumblings of this at the time.

The producers have promoted Len even more this series and so I do wonder if there is some truth in it (although personally I find the idea that lots of women might be sending Len fan mail quite extraordinary!
