iPod Touch Audiobooks

I've ripped a CD into iTunes but its been put in with the rest of my music.
Is there anyway it can be classed as an Audiobook on the Touch? Reason being as I don't want to have language lessons popping up when I hit shuffle.

Quite easy to classify files as an audio book in the latest version of iTunes. Highlight all the tracks that make up the audio book, right click and choose properties, go to the info tab and there is a drop down which allows you to select a type. Set it to audiobook and then it will appear as one.
