Evening Cat (good to see you getting the hang of this smooch malarki) mwah!

Austin put his heart and soul into that dance, but it was difficult to suppress my laughter!

I have to question his scores though. If the content wasn't there, how can he be awarded such high marks? Surely performance should only account for half the total?

I thought that Austin's performance was better but based on the dance it has to be Jill & Darren all the way for me. I also thought Darren's choreography was much more challenging and complex than Erin's too.

I agree. Despite the entertainment factor he was overmarked tonight IMO. Rather unusally this series, I agreed with Len!

The first dance this series that made me shriek!! He was AMAZING! I think his and Jill's were totally different (apart from the music) so can't be compared

100% agree!

I didn't watch the show when Jill was on it. But I liked Darren and Lilia's as well.

Austin was good though. Not sure it was worthy of tens.

I'd like to see Austin and Jill dance a paso together.

I totally agree with you. I was in full agreement with Len (for a change), the other 3 judges should remember their own favourite mantra "this is a dance competition"..
Austin and Erin's dance was all style and no substance.

For me Jill's was far and away the best, I'm not sure I'd put Austin's in the top five, way overmarked IMO.

As it's the same music, of course they can be compared! Much prefer Jill and Darren's... I'm with Sid, the Austin & Erin's camp paso just made me laugh. Definitely agreed with Len (and there's a sentence I didn't think I'd say tonight... )

Jill and Darren by far.

I'm not sure if I'd even call Austin and Erin's dance a Paso. The content was severly lacking.

I think Jill's was better - there was far more technical content & she performed it equally well as Austin - there wasn't an awful lot for him to do. But the judges marks have increased as the series has progressed. Jill would get 4 10s for that now.

Erin & Austin.

Bar her Jive, J&D never did much for me. Yeah, she was technically excellent but for me there was no passion or meaning in her performances. I get sick of the fact they were so sacred and amazing being rammed down our throats.

Jill & Darren's. I really wasn't keen on Austin and Erin's tonight, I am inclined to agree with Len for the first time ever!!

Is it at all permissible to love both?

Jill and Darren.

I agree that Austin and Erin's was a bit content free but hugely entertaining and delivered with confidence.

Well personally I think it has to be Mel B and her partner (whos name I forget) from Daning With The Stars. But of the two, Jill from what I remember of it.

Jill & Daren without doubt. For me Austin's was a crowd pleaser but didn't warrant '10' from any of the judges.

Austin and Erin for me, definitely! They finished and I burst into tears!

It was even better because that came from Austin who has suffered from being slaughtered by the judges for his Latin, Jill was feted for both.

That was the best dance of any series for me, but I am an Austin stalker, so I'm biased!

Hated Mel B's paso. Leila Ali and Jennie Garth both did far superior paso's on DWTS.

Has Austin ever been slaughtered for anything?

His Rumba wasn't particularly well received.
