The Foxtrot and heel leads...
Can anyone out there confirm when the heel lead should be done in the foxtrot?
Because watching Lisa's dance, it seemed to me she got them wrong (lovely heel turn though). She seemed to be doing all toe leads and I'm very surprised she wasn't picked up on it despite the performance. |

As a rule of thumb, you do a heel lead on a slow and toes for the quicks.
