Austin and Erin's Paso had great drama but little technique, something that Len spotted and marked accordingly. The other three judges awarded ten.
Brendan and Kelly did three lifts in an American Smooth and claimed a 10 off Bruno.
Is there any point for the pros to choreograph a techinically challenging routine if entertainment is going to get awarded anyway?
Should technique now be put on the back burner, as it's seemingly becoming obvious that both the judges and the public prefer the entertainment side to the dancing itself?

In another thread it was pointed out that flamenco is part of paso technique but that lots of pros leave it out because it's hard for the celeb to do. So I think there was a hell of a lot of content in that paso without even mentioning the amazing performance.
