First of all this thread is in no way saying, I think the judges need to go. Just, if they were to retire or move on who would be suitable replacements. I think Anton would be excellent if he isn't hosting the show in a few years time.

Karen would be good. I also think that the first pro dancer to be eliminated, should be added to the judges panel

Karen! we really need at least two ballroom judges on the panel to balance it out a bit, Len is really the only one who's bothered about the actual steps & footwork

I would pick Tone Nyhagen, Hide Tanaka, Donnie Burns and Caterina Arzenton as my ideal 4 judges.

Marcus Hilton and Karen Hilton would be wonderful .

One of the professional dancers: Ola or Anton. I think Ray Quinn from X Factor was a dancer and I love him! He did Striclty Baby Ballroom a year or so ago.

I'd swap Arlene for Karen (to keep her involved with SCD) or Anton, but I'd keep the rest. I wouldn't mind a 5th judge either.

Arlene can go- and bring Karen Hardy on to the panel- then you would have a better balance
