Is there anyway I can top up my friends Vodafone PAYT number?

lots of ways, the two most convenient is to top-up at a cashpoint. Or buy a top-up voucher.

You can do it from ANY mobile by calling 07836 191 191 and speaking to CS or 08700 778899 and following the promps. But the easiest way is to just buy a topup voucher and text them the details!
