This might be a little controversial (or totally boring - it could go either way and my thread might fade to obscurity ) but which pro would you like to see win this year and then in the near future, not really taking into account their celeb?

Personally, I would love this to be Erin's year, as she's been in every series and she does so much with her partners - and she's had some bad 'uns! She also seems so lovely and understated, never letting herself become bigger than her celeb.

Having said that, I wouldn't be overly upset if Vincent lifted the trophy either, as I have rather a soft spot for him

Next year, I'm holding out for Ian or Anton - give Anton a decent partner, beeb!

Basing it purely on just the professional..... Vincent for me by a mile.
However i would never vote for someone to win based solely on the pro dancer.

I reeeeeally want Vincent to win. I think he's choreographed some amazing routines, he's always been lovely to his partners and he's arguably one of the best dancers of all the pros.

I would like Camilla to win I did not think I would ever said this about her as I could not warm to her at first. However since last series with Gethin and this series with Tom I am loving her. The only thing that I don't like so much is her dresses but I must admit the last couple of weeks they have been lovely.

I would love to see Erin win she has been in all 6 series and has an excellent track record with her celebs. It would be her dream to win. I just know how much it would mean to her. Her choreography is outstanding and her choice of music this series has been fantastic add to that the relationship her and Austin have this year. It has to be her year.

I'm dying to see Vincent lift the trophy.

He's so dynamic on the dancefloor and such a character off it.

I also think he tries very hard to build up a rapport with and be supportive of his partners.

I think Erin deserves to win this year. She is always consistent and works hard to push her partners to the top of their ability. She's come close to winning in previous years, so hopefully this year she'll steal the title.

My main gripe against Lisa winning would be Brendan winning again - I don't know why really but I'm really against pros winning twice when so many others deserve a chance

Would be nice for an original pro to lift the title, and for her its been a long time coming!

Its a tough one for me. I think it will be unfair for Camilla if she doesn't make the final...having been so close with James Martin and Gethin Jones, aswell as on "The Underdog Show" lol!!

I also think Erin has always delivered great routines and as a show "veteran" it would be nice for her to win, but she has had 2 finals already, and could have won with Colin if it weren't for the contraversional "muppet/puppet dance"

Brendan has won already, but I love Lisa and he has really transformed his attitude this year producing some of the best choreography!

Finally, Vincent. I'm not sure..I'm still a little yukk at the whole "la passione" kiss kiss eyebrows thing, but it seemingly works for the ladies. His choreography, for me, is sometimes too selfish as Len pointed out. He always shows himself off rather than his parter, more so this year than with Louisa I feel, whereas the others such as Brendan show off their celeb and dance equally.

I'd like Camilla/Erin and Brendan in the final, but also I want Rachel/Lisa and Tom!

I agree with that, actually. I'm glad the three other contenders haven't won it yet.

I'd love to see Erin win it. I think she's been fabulous this series, and I love the rapport she's built up with Austin.

A tiny bit harsh! I think it was more Gough captured people's hearts in a way Colin, unfortunately, didn't

Me neither.

But personally I do like to see new pros winning; of those left, I would like to see Vincent or Erin win if I were choosing based purely on the pros.

I don't have a strong preference out of the four remaining couples, though... I think they are a pretty strong final 4, and they all have their good and bad points though some of them excite me more than others.

I don't like Vincent, and Brendan has already won, so either Camilla or Erin for me. It's nice to see that 3 of the 4 pros who have been in it since series 1 have great partners and still in the competition this year.

Puppetgate wouldn't have helped them though, IMO she blew it for him and herself

Aside of series 1 , she has had more " serious contender on paper " partners than anyone .

This has been done over and over , as much as I liked Colin and disliked the showdance , it had nothing to do with Colin not winning . Darren had won well before that dance .

They wouldn't have won even if they'd done the most brilliant dance in history.

I can't really split them in terms of application or ability. They all seem to work hard and produce their fair share of good choregraphy.

My favourite personality is Vincent by miles. The other 3 are probably my least favourite of all the pro dancers.

Camilla would be my first choice this year followed by Erin

Anton would be my favorite if only they would give him a decent partner ... poor lad does not stand a chance with who they pair him with. Also love Ian

And she's probably been the luckiest out of all the female pros by getting one decent partner after another.

That she hasn't managed to get even one of those to the final, says a lot.

I don't think she's easy to warm to, I don't see any chemistry between her and her partners and I don't find her choreography in the least bit inspiring.

Brendan may have already won once but he's the one who most deserves to win. Both Vincent and Camilla have let their partners down and Erin thinks she's got it in the bag.

I think Camilla's ok, but I agree, over the series she's had so many great/potentially great partners and nothing has become of it! Think Tom is a great guy though!

Love to see Erin win this year, as her and Austin are just fab. together!

she's been there since Day 1 and nearly always get's as far as the the Quarter/Semi-finals. I so want her to et to the final and Win. But if Tom/Camilla don't win I want it to be Lisa/Brendan.
