Recommendations for new TV & Links to FAQs

Hi all.

I've had my current television,a 24" Panasonic for over 10 years now and I have decided the time is right to buy a new one.

I have about £500ish to spend and since most of my AV kit is Panasonic, a new Panasonic TV would seem to be the way to go. In terms of Space, I can go up to a 28" Widescreen set.
So which model would you recommend?

Or if another brand is better in terms of picture quality and reliability (sound not important as seperate speakers are used) then I'd be open to suggestions.

Also any links to websites with FAQs, reviews or any information on current televisions would be welcome too.
