I know many people say he was 'over marked' by Len and he was (although he was balancing Craig's 7 ).

I think Tom has deserved a 10 in past weeks and I think this will spur Tom on now in the same way Austin and Rachel have when they started getting 10's.

Tom seems to be judged differently to every one else (except Arlene ). Tom has teh excitement which is not reflecting in teh scores but Austin's Paso (entertaining but no content) also got a 10.
