OK, it will never happen, but we would all like three in the final, so wouldn't it be good if someone was eliminated next week and the final took place over two shows?

How about a final over two weeks?
Unfortunately the BBC are clueless with coming up with plan B's. They would have a one person final if 2 celebs pulled out and still expect people to vote.
Interesting idea in theory, but imagine how much filler that would produce - it's bad enough as things are in the final.

I've often thought this. I think the standard in the final suffers when the couples end up having to work on five dances.
The only advantage of a two person final is that the judges' power is severely reduced. At the end of the day the public vote dedides the winner.
