This is my first post in the SCD forum and I have no idea what the general opinion of Claudia is on here ......... but she (well the way she speaks really) gets right on my t*ts - and believe me I have plenty of t*ts for her to get on. Well only two obviously but those two are massive. I think I'd better leave it there before I dig any deeper.

I like Brucie.

Tom's dancing always makes me smile, and in a good way.

John Sargeant is an attention seeker, especially in the way he left.

OK, I can do better. I am thrilled that the band and singers have released a cd, I love them so much I shall be getting a copy for each of my friends in the hope that it will be No 1 at Christmas and beyond.

Good on yer! That's more like it!

Here's another (whisper) I was right about Austin - he is the weakest dancer on the show.

This is fun - better than watching x factor! Here goes

Never warmed to Jill Halfpenny or her dances. Preferred Denise Lewis.

Never understood why Darren was in final ahead of Zoe Ball (one of the best females ever IMO) let alone won it.

Loved Matt Dawson. Loved Louise. Got annoyed with judges overmarking of Emma.

Thought Alesha had sloppy legs and feet in latin. Didn't like her show dance . Her laugh could get on my nerves
Preferred Matt despite being inconsistant.
Think he and Flavia are a good couple. Glad they fell for each other.
Thought Kenny was great. Baldie (forgot his name) was creepy - danced with Lilia

Think Rachael has little personality compared to others.
Camilla has very thin unfeminine legs this year - have they always been like this. (do like her though)
John was boring - Mark was hot
Could have thrown a shoe at the TV when Tom kept talking abot his marrage. He's better now and much more likeable.
Loved Jodie and Ian together they were so funny.

Vincent can come across as iccky.
Craig is usually quite fair but can be very cruel on personal remarks.
Don't like Anton doing latin.
Like James Jordan
Ola looks miserable
Karen can seem OTT
Love Ian - laughed like a drain when he fell over dancing with Zoe and then fell down steps with Jodie and mentioned her breast on ITT.........god knows what we missed!
Think I preferred Erins looks before her big change.

Seem to be the only one in UK to love DWtS and find some of their pro dancers sexier and some of their finalists as good as ours.

Some of the forum members shock me with their visciousness. OK feel a bit hypocritical about that last one after my effort above!

I don't know what the accepted wisdom is about it on here, but I'm sick of the continual sniping at Lisa and Jodie by the judges because of their height. It's extremely rude and personal and you could tell it really winds up the contestants, who clearly aren't going to want to chop off their legs just to please the judges

Hey layumba I usually read posts and only try to post positive things. This means I spend lots of time muttering things under my breath much to the concern of the family - it's hard to be so damn virtuous all the time, thats why this thread is so good. Plus people are not really being too horrible. Nice to know you're not the only one out there that thinks these things isn't it?

You see I don't agree that JS is an attention seeker - despite the fact that Alesha, Craig and James think so (and I like all three individuals) nor do I think he was 'bullied' into leaving the show. He did Strictly for fun and when it ceased to be fun - he left IMO.

The professional female dancers need to re-think the dress styles for particular dances.

Yellow is the perfect colour for Hollywood style ballroom

Apart from the unfortunate lampshade affair Lisa has got the style for each dress pretty much spot on.

I don't think he was bullied into leaving either - no, he carefully timed it perfectly in my opinion. Nobody could bully him, that's obvious.

I can't help remembering the way he very coldly refused to offer any comfort to Kristina when she got very upset on ITT. despite being prompted by Claudia to do so.

AND I think she should have been given some flowers after their last dance on SCD. She'd been upset all week, she'd worked so hard with the impossible JS for weeks and was given very little credit for that I think. I hope she's back next year with a decent partner so we can see what she's really capable of. (even though I agree with some comments on here about her tan and peroxide hair)

Woo hoo! This is like free therapy.

I think the current studio has a better atmosphere than the old one.

I didn’t get what was so great about Jodie’s jive.

Brendan never has resembled anything remotely close to a ‘bad boy’. He’s wet.

I think Camilla’s really nice.

I find Ask Len quite amusing at times.

My (severely) untrained eye doesn’t see anything wrong with Anton’s Latin.

I’ve never seen a foxtrot I liked on SCD. And I still don’t know a waltz from a VW.

I quite like Tess mainly because I find her accent endearing.

Erin looks much nicer this year.

I’m convinced I saw the odd flash of brilliance from Mark Foster in some of his dances.

Claudia’s funny.

The samba is one fugly dance.

John Sergeant getting through every week wasn’t remotely embarrassing.

Hayley should be kept on.

Austin’s paso was wicked. The rest of his dances have been underwhelming.

I liked James’ Lion-O look.

Am I a bit weird?

There is no fix.

The judges just score according to who they think danced best.

The bolded comments are well-heretical.

Mark R's ballroom was weak and was over-marked by the judges, therefore it IS possible to win if you're only good in one area of dance...

Er, theoretically possible of course (how would I know). But I doubt it - I think Vincent made a mistake choreographically earlier in the series by trying to bring out her "innocent little girl" side. Now he is allowing her to be - well - a woman - and her performances are better as a result. It doesn't mean they are having a bit on the side.
