Outkast Blackalicious Anti-Pop Consortium Not really into any of the genres you mention, but I think those are all really good. |

Various categories, some seem to be blatant attempts at cashing in by large company promotion, and the more obnoxious ones will be listed first, (Best New Artist .. Radio Station Award) but it should be a reasonable guide for you Why though ? |

well personaly for Hip Hop/Rap i think the best are probably:
50 Cent (G-Unit) Obie Trice Fabolous DMX Juelz Santana (Diplomats) not into drum n bass so dont know there and if by urban u mean contemporary R&B try the following Jaheim Joe Usher Jagged Edge Donell Jones |
