Setup help for Sony S350 Blu-ray
Hello, Can anyone help with following problem.
My Sony TV is HD ready 1080i When I accessed Blu-ray setup In HDMI settings I selected 1080P. Now when I try to play DVD, or access Setup to change settings, the Blu-ray screen shows the following:- Player 1 (BD) AV4 Out of range. When I select "Home" and "Setup" THE SETUP MENU does not respond. I will appreciated any help and advice. Thank you Bigbill |

I'm not certain of this but I read in another forum that pressing stop for 10s cleared down the 1080p setting - worth a try.

The other remedy is perhaps to use the supplied AV phono lead to connect to the Tv, assuming it has the corresponding connections.
I suspect if you unplug the HDMI lead as well you may be able to get some kind of picture over the AV output. Just trying to remember from my 350 if it disables the AV and Component outputs if you use HDMI. But that might get you into the menu system to correct the HDMI problem. |
