I think Hayley should be another go unless the places on SCD are heavily oversubscribed; she might be an exceptional dance, but she hasn't shown much on the personality/charisma front.

I found Hayley bit bland and felt she didn't really make an impact, so if there's less couples next year - please, please, please!!! - and therefore no need for as many professionals as this year, then I wouldn't exactly object if she didn't come back. On the other hand, if there's a slot she can fill, then I suppose it's only fair to give her another chance before bringing in another new (to the viewers!) professional.
